Cancellation Policy

NEW CLIENTS MUST BOOK AN IN PERSON CONSULTATION BEFORE REQUESTING A COLOR APPOINTMENT - NO EXCEPTIONS - ANY APPOINTMENT REQUESTS MADE AS A NEW CLIENT THAT IS NOT A CONSULT WILL BE DENIED. Upon booking it is required to leave a WORKING card on file. If you have not confirmed your appointment and completed forms/color waivers within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be marked as a late cancellation and must reschedule. Late cancelations AND “no-shows” the day of will be subjected to a charge of 100% of the service price. This may seem like a strict policy, but my schedule is limited to Jim currently three days a week as an independent artist who provides my own time and product - customized for each client after every final consultation. Repeat abrupt cancelations and no-shows could result in being banned from future booking. Of course if there is an unavoidable emergency, an “act by the universe”, adverse weather conditions, or extreme emergency related issues, you may contact me immediately and we will take care of rescheduling accordingly. If you are feeling ill while receiving your first confirmation notice, I highly recommend rescheduling within the allotted time, as I will not take anyone who is sick with cold/flu/covid related illness and showing clear symptoms.
