If you are a new client, please do not automatically request a service without a consultation prior, or I will deny the request. Keep in mind, longer and thicker hair will require more time and product, and I can not rush perfection - please book accordingly if you are someone who falls under this category. I want to make sure everyone receives a non-rushed and relaxed experience. Cancellation Policy

NEW CLIENTS MUST BOOK CONSULTATION BEFORE REQUESTING A COLOR APPOINTMENT - NO EXCEPTIONS - ANY APPOINTMENT REQUESTS MADE AS A NEW CLIENT THAT IS NOT A CONSULT WILL BE DENIED. Upon booking it is required to leave a WORKING card on file. If you have not confirmed your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be marked as a late cancellation and must reschedule. Late cancelations AND “no-shows” the day of will be subjected to a charge of 100% of the service price, considering my schedule is currently two days a week. All late cancelations and no-shows will be required to put down a deposit if they would like to rebook. Of course if there is an unavoidable emergency, an “act by the universe”, adverse weather conditions, or illness related issues, you may contact me immediately and we will take care of rescheduling accordingly.
